A United States citizen,
At least 18 years of age, or will be 18 on or before November 8,
Living in West Virginia,
NOT currently under conviction, probation or parole for any felony, treason or bribery, AND
NOT been judged mentally incompetent in a court of competent jurisdiction.

How do I register to vote?
There are four basic options for registering to vote:
OPTION 1:
You can apply in person at the Jefferson County Courthouse located at :
